This short-term, 6-month assignment focuses on ensuring the ERP system is configured, tested, and adopted effectively across all business lines.

What You Will Do

Support project planning and coordination for Sage Intacct implementation, including timelines, milestones, and resource tracking. Collaborate with the vendor's implementation team and the IT team to align system design, configuration, and deployment. Review current processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining and automation in Sage Intacct. Engage internal partners to gather requirements, document workflows, and ensure the system meets organizational needs. Lead or support data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and transfer. Develop and execute testing and quality assurance plans to ensure system functionality and reliability. Coordinate and deliver training sessions and materials to support system adoption by end-users. Participate in change management efforts, including communications, feedback collection, and issue tracking. Provide hands-on support during go-live, including troubleshooting and assisting users. Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement recommendations. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configuration, business processes, and user guides.

Who You Are

Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise system rollouts. Demonstrated experience with Sage Intacct ERP platform required. Familiarity with Sage 300 or Martus Budgeting is an asset. Strong knowledge of data migration, testing, and user training methodologies. Experience working with Indigenous organizations or in public sector/non-profit environments is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint). Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is an asset. Understanding and appreciation of Indigenous culture and history, with a willingness to engage in ongoing learning.

Equivalent or relevant education and/or experience may be considered.
