Position: ERP Development Manager
Location: Corporate Office - North York
Salary: $170K to $180K
Position Type: Full-time, On-site

- Lead ERP modernization and cloud migration (NAV -> Business Central)
- Redesign legacy NAV customizations into extension-based BC architecture (AL)
- Own integrations across POS (LS Central), e-commerce, CRM, WMS, finance, inventory, and vendor APIs
- Drive data migration, ETL, governance, and cut-over execution
- Provide hands-on technical leadership (coding, architecture, CI/CD, environments)
- Build and mentor a high-performing ERP development team
- Translate complex technical decisions into clear, business-aligned outcomes
- Enforce security, compliance, observability, and operational discipline
Skills:
- 7+ years ERP development experience (NAV & Business Central)
- Deep expertise in LS Central / Retail ERP ecosystems
- Proven success migrating legacy ERP systems to Business Central Cloud
- Strong integration, API, and DevOps ownership
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance
- Engineering-first mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
- Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, AD)
- Power BI / retail analytics
- Azure DevOps ERP deployment automation
