We're looking for an experienced ERP Analyst with Epicor expertise to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure our enterprise systems run smoothly day-to-day while also building enhancements, automations, and integrations that support new initiatives and business growth.
What You'll Do
As an ERP Analyst, you'll work closely with business users, IT team members, and leadership to develop and maintain the tools and workflows that keep our operations moving. Your work will
include:
ERP Development & Optimization
Create and maintain dashboards, BAQs, and customizations in Epicor.
Develop and troubleshoot BPMs (basic through complex).
Build automated workflows and integrations using C#, T-SQL, VB, and API calls.
Support Epicor upgrades, testing, and rollout efforts
Reporting & Data
Create and modify SSRS reports and manage SSRS instances.
Write SQL scripts and perform SQL Server maintenance.
Transform JSON data into usable formats and support data-driven decision making.
Integrations & Automation
Build and maintain automation processes with Workato.
Support and maintain EDI workflows.
Maintain B2C integrations such as Shopify.
Support MES/WMS integrations and operational processes.
Systems Support
Administer Bartender printing infrastructure.
Support document OCR and ECM systems (IDC-ECM).
Provide ERP application support, troubleshooting, and user training.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who loves learning, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment. The ideal candidate has:
+7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar
role.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they interact with IT systems.
Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver
effective solutions.
Solid skills in system configuration, integration, optimization, security, and testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent documentation skills.
Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
Experience in manufacturing or distribution (a plus).
