About Us:

Join L'Oreal, the world leader in beauty, and be part of the digital transformation of our iconic brands. L'Oreal's Dermatological Beauty Division is seeking a talented individual passionate about e-commerce, A&I, digital media, and data analysis to strengthen our team and drive our online performance.

Main Mission:

As an e-Retail Media and A&I Specialist, you will be a key pillar of our indirect e-commerce strategy, responsible for the conception, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns specifically on the platforms of our e-retail distributors (Amazon, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc.). In parallel, you will develop and lead our Advocacy and Influence strategy, identifying and activating levers that amplify our brands' voice and build an engaged community around our products. Your role will also involve in-depth analysis of the performance of these campaigns and initiatives to extract actionable insights and continuously optimize our investments and digital strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Optimize campaign budget and performance to maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and achieve sales and visibility objectives. Identify new growth opportunities through e-retail media and test new formats or platforms. Monitor market trends and innovations in retail media. Advocacy & Influence (A&I) Strategy: Define and implement the Advocacy and Influence strategy for our brands on relevant indirect e-commerce and digital channels (e-retail platforms, social media, blogs...). Maximize brand Advocacy and Influence plans to generate a halo effect on our indirect e-commerce channels. The goal is to create synergies and efficient resource allocation between the strategic plans of the brands and indirect e-commerce. Identify influencers (macro, micro, nano), brand ambassadors, and key micro-communities relevant to our products and targets. Coordinate the creation of authentic and engaging content (product reviews, tutorials, testimonials, user-generated content - UGC) with influencers and internal teams, ensuring message consistency and legal compliance. Implement mechanisms to encourage customer reviews, ratings, and positive feedback on e-retail product pages and other platforms. Monitor brand reputation and consumer sentiment online, and adjust influence strategies accordingly. Analyze the impact of advocacy and influence campaigns on awareness, engagement, consideration, and sales metrics. Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources (e-retail platforms, web analytics tools, social listening tools, sales data, influence platforms...). Develop clear and relevant dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for media campaigns and influence initiatives. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and formulate strategic recommendations based on concrete data to improve the overall effectiveness of our digital actions. Regularly present analyses and insights to marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment of media campaigns and influence strategies with brand objectives. Liaise with sales teams and retailer e-commerce teams to optimize our product presence and operational efficiency. Manage relationships with media agencies, influence platforms, and technology partners.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
