Green and Clean Home Solutions is hiring a dependable, hands-on individual to take on a full-time role as our
Site Logistics & Equipment Support Coordinator
. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and knows the value of staying organized.
Position Overview:
Your role will be key to helping our day-to-day operations run efficiently. You'll be transporting materials, setting up job sites, and supporting our production crews across various locations. If you're someone who stays one step ahead, takes initiative, and can juggle multiple responsibilities throughout the day, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Morning Pickup & Delivery (1 hr paid daily):
Retrieve necessary tools, ladders, and materials from our local storage hub using your personal vehicle
Deliver and organize supplies on-site ahead of the crew's arrival
Ensure everything is job-ready and properly set up before work begins
On-Site Crew Assistance (Approx. 5 hrs/day):
Support painting and cleaning teams during the workday with prep, cleanup, or material handling
Be available for last-minute adjustments or supply needs
Take initiative to ensure operations stay smooth on each site
End-of-Day Wrap-Up (2 hrs/day):
Return tools and materials back to storage
Clean and organize equipment
Restock essential supplies for the next day
Follow all maintenance and care procedures for gear
Inventory & Equipment Management:
Monitor frequently used supplies and notify the team when restocking is needed
Report broken, missing, or low-stock items promptly
Follow safe storage and handling procedures
Communication & Coordination:
Check-in with the Production Manager and crew leaders throughout the day
Use our digital tracking tools to log your hours and daily tasks accurately
Follow all health and safety protocols consistently
Pay & Perks:
Starting pay: $20-$25 per project hour based on your experience and reliability
Mileage compensation for use of personal vehicle
Performance-based bonuses for consistency and quality

Ideal Candidate:
1-2 years of experience in general labor, trades, or logistics is a strong asset
Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable lifting and handling equipment
Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable
Strong team player with good communication skills
Certifications like WHMIS or Working at Heights are a bonus, but not mandatory
