Now Hiring: Logistics & Equipment Coordinator - Full-Time Role
Green and Clean Home Solutions is looking for a reliable, well-organized individual to join our team as a Logistics & Equipment Coordinator. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting a dynamic residential service crew.
About the Role:
You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly by transporting materials, preparing sites, and assisting crews throughout the day. If you're proactive, like working on your feet, and take pride in staying organized--we'd love to connect.
What You'll Be Doing:
Morning Equipment Pickup & Delivery
Start your day by collecting ladders, tools, and paint supplies from our local storage facility
Use your own vehicle to safely deliver items to job sites
One (1) hour of paid time each day is provided for loading and transport
Set up materials on-site before crews arrive
Mid-Day Job Site Assistance
Spend around 5 hours assisting teams on location with day-to-day needs
Lend a hand with setup, cleanup, or technical support as needed
Be responsive and flexible to handle any surprises that pop up on site
Wrap-Up & Storage Tasks
Use the last 2 hours of the day to clean, sort, and return equipment
Make sure supplies are refilled and stored properly for the next day
Follow tool care guidelines to maintain quality and order
Inventory Monitoring & Maintenance
Track commonly used supplies and tools, reporting anything broken or running low
Follow safe procedures when handling, moving, and storing items
Communication & Accountability
Stay in close communication with our Production Manager and crew leads
Accurately log your time and tasks using our digital time-tracking system
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $20-$25 per project hour
, depending on experience and reliability
Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use
Performance bonuses based on organization, consistency, and dependability
After 6 months, eligible for full-time salary and benefits package
Room for advancement as the company grows
What You Bring to the Role:
1-2 years of experience in logistics, trades, or general labor preferred
Must have consistent access to a reliable vehicle and be comfortable lifting gear
Strong attention to detail and time management
Friendly communicator who works well with others
WHMIS or Working at Heights certification is an asset, but not required
