What You Will Do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Perform repair and maintenance of yard, warehouse, and delivery fleet equipment, including trucks, trailers, loaders, forklifts, tractors, augers, and conveyors.
Set up and perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new equipment across the short-line agricultural and lawn and garden equipment inventory lines.
Provide responsive, professional support to customers experiencing issues post-purchase.
Schedule and perform in-shop or field repairs on customer-owned equipment.
Perform warranty and non-warranty repairs per manufacturer standards.
Build, install, and repair hydraulic hoses and assemblies.
Collaborate with the Ag Parts person, sales team and customers to source parts.
Support dealership operations during peak seasons as needed.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and Customer Service:
You have a high school diploma or equivalent; Journey person Motor Vehicle, Heavy Duty or Agriculture Equipment designation is an asset.
You have experience in an agricultural dealership or equipment service environment (or a combination of relevant experience).
You have working knowledge of agricultural equipment; mechanical experience is required.
You have a passion for retail sales and all aspects of the agricultural industry.
You have the ability to diagnose and repair small engine mechanical and electrical issues, as well as perform routine mechanical repairs.
You have the ability to repair and service specialized farming/acreage machinery, equipment and implements.
You are proficient in hydraulics, including basic repair and construction of hydraulic systems.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic parts/warranty catalogs.
You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, are an effective planner, and have superb time management skills.
You are able to fulfill the physical job requirements; ability to lift 50lbs as needed, parts counter environment with exposure to shop and warehouse areas.
You possess a strong work ethic, understand the concept of "full service," and are willing to work additional hours during seasonal peaks.
You have the ability to qualify, challenge, and pass Warranty Certification exams for Kohler, Vanguard, and Cub Cadet and more.
You are willing and able to achieve WHMIS and TDG certifications.
You carry a valid driver's license (class 5 minimum) for day travel as required.
