Equipment Operator / Site Manager
We are seeking an
experienced
Equipment Operator / Site Manager to support our operations in the Chilliwack / Mission / Deroche area. This is a hands-on role for aprofessional operator
who takes ownership of the worksite and contributes beyond equipment operation when required.Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including: screener, rock truck, excavator, dozer, loader, back truck. Assist with site and yard operations as needed, including: Pumping water Installing ECE Setting up pumps Road and site maintenance and general duties Support site coordination and day-to-day operational needs Identify issues and contribute to practical, on-site solutions
Requirements
Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment Strong mechanical aptitude; able to assist with servicing and basic troubleshooting Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Comfortable performing a combination of machine operation and on-site tasks Clean driver's abstract Own reliable transportation Strong references and a demonstrated history of dependability
Compensation
$40-$45 per hour, depending on experience Vehicle, fuel, and cell phone allowances negotiable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
