What to expect in this role on a given day:
In this role, you will bring strong organizational, data entry, and customer service skills to ensure everything meets the expectations of the customer with quarterly lease installations. Some responsibilities include preparing order letters, creating vendor payment approval documents, as well as preparation of check requests and certificates. Throughout the onboarding process, you will have daily communication with customers and vendors. Other daily responsibilities include:
Collaborate with customer to order equipment from selected vendor per contract Prepare required purchase orders & order letters Enter assets into lease management system & verify information to vendor supplied data and ensure contract compliance Work with customer to obtain approval to pay for equipment/invoices & prepare requests for payment once required documentation is received Prepare lease closing reports and documents including Certificate of Acceptance



You will be a good fit for this position if you:

The successful Equipment Lease Administrator will have a HS Diploma or equivalent, College degree in business or related field preferred. Your proficiency with Excel, strong mathematical aptitude & attention to detail will benefit you in this role as you are reviewing documents & invoices related to equipment leases. Knowledge of computer hardware terms & accounts payable related experience is a plus. In addition, you will bring with you:
Strong data entry skills, ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle tasks as assigned Ability to communicate with customers both in writing and verbally 1-2 years in a related field including contract processing, customer management, or accounts payable French bilingual is a plus
