Equipment Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinating and performing routine checks on equipment to ensure safety and good working order Taking periodic site visits regarding equipment requirements and issues while keeping good 3rd party rental relationships Coordinating deliveries and pickups, following up on service calls and past due accounts Generating reports through equipment software programs Optimizing fleet utilization, and making appropriate recommendations Assisting with all documentation related to maintaining, tracking and overseeing all equipment Ensuring all vehicle and equipment documentation is current, and compliant with all regulations Seeking out misplaced equipment and coordinating proper placement

Required Attributes

Valid Class 5 Driver's License Working knowledge and experience with vehicles and heavy equipment Excellent time-management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
