Summary

We are seeking a Floor Technician to join our dedicated team in Sudbury. This role is vital in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our property services, ensuring safety and aesthetic standards are met. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing company committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to apply epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, and assist with asphalt-related coatings when necessary. Maintain clear, daily communication with the Operations Manager regarding job status. Assist in construction-related activities as needed. Read blueprints, scopes, and drawings of the work to be done Ensure that job sites are safe, clean, and free of hazards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

A valid

G-Class driver's license

with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required). Reliable mode of transportation to and from job sites. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a self-motivated and proactive approach. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and punctuality are essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs). Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset. Background in engineering is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
