We are seeking an exceptionally talented and enthusiastic individual, capable of working independently, with solid technical writing skills to join our team and advance their career. This position would ideally be located in our Saskatoon or Regina, Saskatchewan offices, however, we would also consider basing it in our Winnipeg, MB office.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate ability to analyze field and technical data, and draft technical reportsAnalysis and interpretation of field program collected data (by others) from site visits, test pitting, borehole drilling, monitoring well installation, soil vapor surveys, soil and groundwater remediation monitoring, surveying, etcAuthor environmental site assessment program reports including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, remediation programs, and hydrogeological investigationsCarry out office duties such as data management, analysis and interpretation, report preparation, proposal preparation, and other general tasksAble and willing to work evenings and weekends as requiredQualificationsYour Capabilities and CredentialsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong time management and organization skills to support independent workAbility to work collaboratively with other science and engineering disciplines to develop creative solutions for our clientsDemonstrate knowledge of reporting softwareStrong attention to detailThorough understanding of applicable provincial and federal environmental regulations and guidelinesInitiative to integrate creativity and innovation in all work tasksEducation and ExperienceBachelors degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Engineering, or similar discipline.5 8 years of applicable experience in conducting field programs for environmental site assessment and/or remediation projects and drafting associated reports.Project coordination/management experience is an asset.Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
