About the Role
YKDFN is seeking an Environmental Project Coordinator to support environmental monitoring, community engagement, mapping/GIS, reporting, and project coordination related to resource development activities across YKDFN Traditional Territory.
Responsibilities
Coordinate environmental field programs and monitoring projects Facilitate community engagement activities Conduct mapping, GPS, and database work Prepare financial and technical reports Support grant sourcing and applications
Qualifications
Degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field 2-5 years experience in environmental/regulatory work Familiarity with environmental legislation and MVRMA Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with Indigenous communities is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
