  • Trade and manage exposure in both physical and financial markets, in both commodity and non-commodity risks
  • Manage operational and program risk inherent in a portfolio of both financial and physical positions
  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationship and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
  • Research and track global carbon compliance market\'s legislation and regulation changes
  • Research, develop, and maintain environmental products fundamental supply and demand models
  • Collaborate with originators to provide pricing, idea generation, and support for client needs
  • Works alongside the team to grow the commodity derivatives business portfolio within the environmental space
  • Develop marketing materials to be used internally and for client interest
  • Perform in-depth market analytics to support single asset and cross asset trading strategies
What You\'ll Bring:
  • University degree, or equivalent. Finance, or STEM program preferred. CFA designation an asset.
  • This role requires successful completion of the NFA Swap proficiency requirement prior to engaging in in-scope activity.
  • Technical experience (preferred VBA, python, SQL, Microsoft office suite) an asset.
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Nodal, ICE, CME Direct, etc and asset.
  • While mentorship will be provided, experience in or knowledge of the environmental space is an asset.
Work Arrangement:
This position is currently an on-site role, with the expectation that you will work at least 4 days a week in the office.
