Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Driller to join our team in a dynamic construction and oil & gas environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and supporting the successful completion of drilling projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require technical expertise and a strong work ethic. Candidates with mechanical knowledge, experience in horizontal drilling, and familiarity with construction or oil & gas industries are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor drilling machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations Assist with setup, calibration, and maintenance of drilling systems Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure work environment Support the installation of drill bits, casings, and other components as needed Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions Coordinate with team members to execute drilling plans effectively Manage logistical tasks such as forklift operation and commercial driving when required Adhere to project timelines and quality standards throughout all phases of drilling operations

Experience

Prior experience in construction, oil & gas, or related industries is preferred Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment Experience with horizontal drilling techniques is a plus Valid forklift certification and commercial driving license are advantageous Familiarity with safety standards related to drilling operations is required Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adapt to changing project needs
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.80-$46.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
