Are you a

Registered Professional Biologist (RPBio)

with a passion for leadership, environmental management, and project delivery? We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our Environmental team at

Yucwmenlucwu (Caretakers of the Land) LLP

, a division of Splatsin Development Corporation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on mentoring others, driving strategic environmental initiatives, and managing complex projects that make a real impact in our communities and on the land.

Please note: Only applicants with an active RPBio designation and proven project management experience will be considered.

What You'll Do

Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of diverse environmental projects. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with sustainability and regulatory goals. Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and Indigenous communities. Mentor and guide a team of biologists, supporting technical development and growth. Represent the organization in environmental and community partnerships.

What You Bring

Registered Professional Biologist (RPBio) designation -- mandatory.*
10+ years of progressive environmental management experience, including leadership roles. Proven project management success, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Strong understanding of environmental legislation, permitting, and compliance. Experience working with or within Indigenous communities. Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills. Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
