Job Overview:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in administration and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately manage accounts receivable transactions, and follow up on outstanding payments through phone and email communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, account information, and resolve issues via phone and email.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with personal loans which includes analyzing customer applications and providing appropriate solutions; as well as following up with pre-approvals by phone and email.
- Utilize software to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Work with trustees to handle customer bankruptcies and consumer proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed and customer accounts are managed accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable is an asset but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
