FIELDSCAPE is looking for an entry-level labourer to join our hardworking team. We're seeking someone who is a true team player, brings a strong work ethic, and aligns with our mission of honesty, craftsmanship, and people-first culture.
What You'll Do:
Perform entry-level landscaping and excavation tasks
Get hands-on experience with some machine operation (skid steer and excavators)
Support our team to deliver top-quality work and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Hardworking, dependable, and a great team player
Valid G driver's license
Positive attitude and a good fit with our culture and values
Ready to learn and grow
Compensation:
$19 to $21 per hour based on experience and fit
Opportunities for skill growth and increased responsibility, including mastering skid steer and excavator operation
Success in 6-12 Months:
Fully skilled at operating skid steer and excavators
Growing into a reliable, skilled team member contributing to profitable projects
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Licence/Certification:
Class G Licence (required)
