We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support the maintenance of IT system to FMJ company and its partner organizations.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person, as needed.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
Maintain documentation of support activities and system configurations.
Assist with IT projects including system upgrades and deployments.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their IT expertise in a supportive environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of IT support concepts. Prior experience with operating systems or networking is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
