We are the region's leading expert in campaign and community development strategies. Our team of outreach specialists plan and implement initiatives to help our nonprofit partners make a bigger impact throughout the local community. We are determined to continue expanding our charity partners impact through our engaging community outreach events. We are in need of an Entry Level Community Outreach Specialist to assist with the development of these additional campaigns and initiatives throughout the Regina and Saskatoon area.

Our Entry Level Community Outreach Specialist will train with the Senior Community Outreach Specialist on how to create and develop innovative ways to educate the public about our charity partners initiatives.

Entry Level Community Outreach Specialist Responsibilities:

• Act as an intermediary between local community members and our nonprofit partners
• Educate the community about our charity partners to spread awareness and increase donations
• Assist with the execution of in-person outreach initiatives
• Assist with the development of all promotional campaign materials, tracking results and reporting back to upper management any key findings
• Attend in-office training on all relevant client information, policies and procedures

Entry Level Community Outreach Specialist Preferred Qualifications:

• Remarkable communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals
• Community driven, motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Experience with public speaking, or performing in front of large groups
• Able to attend daily meetings at local office
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, PR, communications, events, philanthropy, community outreach or related field
