Duties
Make and receive phone calls to suppliers, contractors, and customers
Research and gather pricing for materials, parts, and equipment
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including filing and organizing documents.
Coordinate communication and scheduling between office and field teams
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office efficiency by collecting notes/data from field and office staff, help organize them for the right person, and follow up to make sure tasks get completed.
Experience
What We're Looking For-Although no experience is necessary for this position we will be looking at candidates with the following attributes
Strong English communication skills -- spoken and written
Good typing and computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams, One drive)
Excellent time management and organizational abilities, can multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional on the phone
Comfortable assisting multiple people and managing changing priorities
Interest in office administration or construction/trades support
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and live near Mission, BC
Our office isn't near public transportation, so having a reliable vehicle is important for getting to and from work.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
