What You'll Be Doing:

Engage directly with customers through door-to-door presentations, introducing Rogers' home and wireless solutions as an Entry Level Account Manager. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clear communication and personalized service. Identify client needs and confidently recommend products that fit their lifestyle or business. Represent the Rogers brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community. Manage your assigned territory and track progress toward individual and team goals. Participate in ongoing mentorship and strategy meetings to enhance sales effectiveness as an Entry Level Account Manager. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Contribute fresh ideas to improve our customer outreach and marketing initiatives.
What You Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you love talking to people). A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to stay motivated and goal-oriented in a results-based environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required). Adaptable and open to learning new strategies. Strong sense of accountability and drive to exceed expectations. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (an asset).

Pay: $900.00-$1,400.00 per week
