Ricova est une entreprise familiale quebecoise fondee en 2001, specialisee dans le recyclage. De la collecte au traitement, nous nous occupons de tout, et nous sommes fiers d'aider les entreprises a gerer leurs matieres residuelles de maniere plus responsable.

Dans ce role, vous serez au coeur de notre moteur de vente. Votre mission principale sera de faire des appels sortants aux entreprises, de leur presenter les services de Ricova et de planifier des rendez-vous pour notre equipe de ventes sur le terrain. Vous serez souvent le premier point de contact avec les clients potentiels, jouant un role cle dans la generation de prospects et la creation de nouvelles opportunites.

Roles et responsabilites :



Susciter l'interet aupres de nouveaux comptes potentiels ou renouer le contact avec d'anciens comptes. Identifier les besoins des clients et presenter nos offres de services ou suggerer des solutions. Planifier des rendez-vous pour les representants des ventes sur le terrain. Coordonner et gerer les reunions planifiees avec les representants. Preparer divers rapports et gerer la saisie de donnees. Contacter les clients potentiels dont les informations sont partagees par notre equipe de terrain. Gerer les demandes entrantes via nos equipes de service a la clientele et de marketing. Assister les representants de prospection au besoin. Fournir des commentaires sur le pipeline des ventes.

Experience requise :



Appels a froid : 2 ans (Requis) Ventes : 4 ans (Requis) Excellentes competences en vente et en service a la clientele. Excellentes competences en communication, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit. Bilinguisme : Francais et anglais, parle et ecrit (requis pour communiquer avec les fournisseurs ou les clients). Bonnes connaissances informatiques (Suite Microsoft Office, CRM comme HubSpot). Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome. Sens aigu des priorites et excellentes competences en organisation et en gestion du temps.

Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and contribute to the growth of a local leader in commercial recycling services.



Ricova is a family-owned Quebec company founded in 2001, specializing in recycling. From collection to processing, we handle it all, and we're proud to help businesses manage their residual materials more responsibly.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our sales engine. Your main mission will be to make outbound calls to businesses, introduce them to Ricova's services, and schedule appointments for our field sales team. You will often be the first point of contact with potential clients, playing a key role in generating leads and creating new opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Generate interest from new potential accounts or reconnect with old accounts. Identify client needs and offer or suggest solutions. Schedule appointments for field sales representatives. Coordinate and manage meetings booked with representatives. Prepare various reports and manage data entry. Contact potential clients whose information is shared by our field team. Handle inbound requests trhought our customer services and marketing teamAssist prospecting representatives when needed.Provide feedback on sales pipeline

Required Experience:



Cold calls: 2 years (Required) Sales: 4 years (Required) Excellent sales and customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual: French and English, spoken and written (Required to communicate with suppliers or clients). Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM like HubSpot). Ability to work independently. Strong sense of priorities and excellent organizational Skills Experience with a CRM (HubSpot) Time management.
