. As we expand into this high-demand category, we are seeking a
high-energy, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager
to take ownership of building out this product line.
This role is not a standard sales position--it is an opportunity to be paid while effectively
building your own business unit within an established organization and brand that serves several industry sectors.
What You'll Do
Own the Market:
Lead the expansion of our sewage and septic natural treatment line.
Business Development:
Cold call, prospect, and build long-term customer relationships.
Entrepreneurial Execution:
Operate with autonomy to develop sales strategies, set targets, and scale the business.
Market Education:
Represent our brand with credibility, educating customers on the environmental, cost, and safety benefits of our solutions.
Growth Leadership:
Drive measurable revenue and customer adoption, with clear pathways for leadership advancement and potential profit-sharing.
Manage Accounts
; You will be expected to manage and service your customer accounts and use our CRM system to do so.
What We're Looking For
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to
initiate and grow sales independently
.
Confidence in
cold calling, networking, and presenting solutions
to a wide variety of customers (from municipalities to contractors to owners).
Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience.
Background in sales, business development, or environmental solutions is an asset, but not required if you have the drive and discipline.
If you have worked in call centers previously and have experience calling out then time to use this expertise to make real money and grow your own business line.
