We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to drive sales and revenue growth to Hotels, Spas and Wellness Centers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales of wellness, fitness or other products to hotels. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and close new business opportunities.
Manage accounts and build long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales goals.
Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on sales into hotels and spas.
Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
Proficient in CRM software for tracking sales performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
