The Cross Product Technology organization is looking for a Senior Technical Business analyst to lead initiatives for the Institutional Client Group client portal. The role requires collaboration with Architects, Product Managers, Developers, Program Managers and Stakeholders to deliver technical and functional requirements to deliver best in class client experience on the portal. Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Portal architects and developers to drive technical requirements for portal architecture and authentication. Analyze current state and target states and translate to complete and detailed technical requirements.
  • Perform business and technical analysis to deliver a feature (data analysis, data sourcing, schema definition, API specifications, UIUX)
  • Liaise with teams to determine upstream and downstream dependencies.
  • Produce project documents such as process flow diagrams, architectural design, mock ups, documentation, release notes, roadmap.
  • Track all deliverables, define milestones.
  • Partner with supporting teams needed to deliver a project (Data Engineering, Infrastructure, PMO Governance, Information Security teams, Front Office Technology Teams)
  • Organize and conduct productive meetings: status calls, deep dive, issue resolution.
  • Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standards
  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Proficiency in BAPM tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
  • Experience with Client Portals in Banking
  • Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to mobilize and influence cross project team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Iterative Methodologies
