GN Audio, Jabra is looking for a highly skilled retail marketing professional with experience of Amazon to join the Enterprise Marketing team; to plan & execute sales focused marketing programs & campaigns, specific to Amazon across the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.

As part of the Global Enterprise Marketing Team in EMEA, you will be part of a multi-cultural & international team that is passionate about Jabra in a \xe2\x80\x98hybrid working\xe2\x80\x99 environment. You will work closely with the EMEA Amazon account management to drive traffic, glance views & conversion of the complete Jabra portfolio audio and video products within Amazon EMEA specific sites. You will be based within Europe and be a key part of both the Enterprise Marketing Team and the Amazon Global Account Team. Your reporting line will be to the Global VP, Enterprise Marketing.

The role requires you to lead the planning & execution of all B2B channel marketing across Amazon EMEA specific site. More specifically, the role requires the following:

In conjunction with Global VP, Enterprise Marketing, be the Marketing lead for Amazon across EMEA B2B Audio & Video with long-term strategic planning responsibility for relevant marketing initiatives through Amazon EMEA.

Be the internal subject matter expert for AMZ Jabra B2B marketing in EMEA.

Execution of day-to-day marketing activities & programs across Amazon EMEA specific sites. These are known as the EU9 and will expand to include further AMZ sites as determined by the partnership expansion

Ownership of Amazon B2B marketing budget and marketing plans end to end

Close coordination & alignment with the Jabra Digital Team responsible for the AMZ media buys as part of the implementation of the marketing plans

Provision of budgetary guidance and strategic/tactical direction to theJabra Digital Team (specific to investment of AMS/DSP funds across EMEA specific sites)

Responsiblility for optimization & management of B2B (Enterprise) ASINs

Delivery and optimisation of all Amazon specific content including A/B testing primarily using Amazon vendor central

Increase visibility ,traffic and conversion with the lead focus on Amazon product pages, but also including A ++ content and brand stores with the ultimate goal of increasing Jabra product page ranking, conversions and sales across Amazon EU (9 markets)

Project manage and lead new product introductions working closely with the Brand and Product Teams.

Coordinate and communicate with markets and key stakeholders status on all projects manage regular market update meetings.

Regular monitoring and optimizing of product listings and product detail pages to include all B2B audio and video products across the core EMEA markets using Salsify

Attendance at Amazon Meetings/QBRs/Internal Planning Workshops (EMEA)

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

Extensive experience working in digital marketing & in-depth understanding of Amazon 1P.

Knowledge of the B2B/Prosumer industry segments in Europe/EMEA

Proven experience of working in a regional or global-account marketing organisation

Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle more than one project at a time.

Excellent negotiation skills

Experience of working with key Amazon systems such as Vendor Central & Vine

Experience of managing MDF or similar marketing funding programs

Customer obsessive with a strong knowledge of the sales process and understanding of current trends in the marketplace (specifically e-comm)

Passion for marketing and delivering measurable, best-in-class results

Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Additional language skills a plus.
