Enterprise Inside Sales Representative
and expert resource to our Enterprise Account Managers, you'll run deals independently while staying in close communication with the Sales team. You'll supplement your sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. What You'll Do:
Generate a healthy "Run Rate" business
and mitigate churn
within your strategic segment. "Run Rate" comprises product line cross-sell, upsell, and contract expansion into current clients, and initial "Land & Expand" deals with separate business units or subsidiaries of large prospects
Build relationships with construction management C-Suite, leaders, and critical decision-makers by visiting clients and prospects, serving as their front end point of contact
Work with
an extended account team
to close
expansion
business by addressing prospects' business challenges,
engaging with dedicated solution specialists to drive outcome-focused technical evaluations
Set up Enterprise Account
Managers
for success by building awareness and interest within the prospect's organization,
gathering field sentiment and informing Customer Success of adoption risk in the process
Complete immersion and mastery of
our customers' business challenges and the products that solve them.
Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, Procore offices, and more!
What we're looking for:
1+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model
Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to develop trusted relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically Salesforce.com
Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $60,480 - $83,160. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $100,800 - $138,600. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
