Enterprise Associate
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Enterprise Associate within our Enterprise Management Group division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will assist the Account Managers in managing all aspects of strategic accounts, including specific vertical market clients such as Financial Institutions, Payroll, and Integrated Partnerships. You will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Associates | Enterprise Management Group, and regularly collaborate with the marketing, IT, and customer service teams.How We Work

The responsibilities of the role will include:Proactively assisting the team in managing clients throughout the entire payment process
Seamlessly setting up clients online and supporting Corpay clients on the new online platform: Corpay Cross-Border
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information and following Best Practices
Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to deliver prompt and informative responses to clients
Resolving all queries and payment investigations in a timely and appropriate manner
Performing customer verifications, 'knowing your customer', being compliant with every task
Moving payments through the release process with accuracy, suggesting improvements in processes
Providing professional service, managing internal obstacles invisibly to the client
Working quickly to resolve customer issues
Proactively monitoring all Payment queues within internal systems to ensure outstanding issues are resolved in a timely fashion
Providing feedback to management on customers' experience and preferences for communication, appreciation, and web content
Working with internal sales, trading, and support teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to fully leverage the capabilities of the organization to drive sales and satisfy our customersQualifications & Skills2 - 5 years of successful customer service experience
Providing fulsome support for pre- and post-release transactions, capturing information and reconciling data, payment handling, and asset management; experience in client relationship management is ideal
IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot
Ability to handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive queries; ownership until resolution
Passion for customers and service
