Associate Consultant,

Workday HCM

. In this role, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to become a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant. This is a

fully onsite

position, ideal for graduates ready to build a career in consulting, HR systems, and enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities



Successfully complete training and pass two Workday HCM certification exams (two week training unpaid; exam costs covered by EMD). Assist in configuration, implementation, and support of Workday HCM solutions. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Bring fresh ideas and insights to the team and contribute to EMD's growth and innovation. Document findings and experiences to help shape future training cohorts.

Qualifications



Recent or upcoming graduate (May, June, or July 2025) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or Economics GPA of 3.3 or higher 1-2 years of relevant work experience and/or internships in HR, business operations, analytics, or consulting environments. Strong interest in HR technology, systems implementation, and client-facing consulting work. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to complete training unpaid (2-week certification process), with full certification fees covered by EMD. Legally eligible to work onsite in British Columbia (outside of Canada) and commit to full-time hours.

Salary Range:

Salary Range: Starts at $50,000 CAD per year. Final offer will be based on education, experience. Additional incentives and benefits may apply.
