Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise architect

Location: Regina On-site.

Duration: 3 years

Duties:

• Develop an architectural governance framework for long-term enterprise-level strategic plans and management initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Architecture and senior leadership within ITD and client team.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between different stakeholders involved in architectural planning and governance.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of the architectural governance framework.
• Monitor and evaluate progress towards strategic goals and make adjustments as necessary to maintain alignment with priorities and expectations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the organization to support the success of architectural initiatives.

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience working as a practicing Enterprise Architect as part of a formal architecture practice.
• Certification in TOGAF 9 or newer.
• Demonstrated Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and development across multiple domains. (Business, Information, application, technology, security).
• Demonstrated Experience leading Business Capability Planning (experience within public sector organizations would be considered an asset).
• Demonstrated experience leading design and development of business services.
• Demonstrated experience with design of Technical Governance Frameworks and Standards Development.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating enterprise planning, consulting with business and IT leadership and leading the development of consolidated roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience with project portfolio prioritization and management.
• Demonstrated experience with organizational design and change management practices.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-year capital and operating budget planning, including projections for total cost of ownership
