Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS - Canada)
Location: Canada (Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal or Edmonton preferred)
Compensation: $150K base + uncapped commission (OTE $300K+)
About the Role
My client, a global leader in enterprise SaaS solutions for asset-intensive industries, is seeking a driven Account Executive to spearhead growth across Canada. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused sales role where you'll take ownership of new enterprise business development, opening doors to C-suite stakeholders, and driving complex SaaS and services deals from prospecting through to close.
You'll be joining an innovative, fast-growing company with strong partnerships across the SAP ecosystem and beyond, giving you a powerful platform to succeed in this market.
What You'll Be Doing
Win new logos by prospecting, qualifying, and converting high-value enterprise opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives (CIO, COO, CDO, etc.) to align solutions with their strategic goals.
Create and execute account and territory plans, backed by strong pipeline management and disciplined sales execution.
Lead the full sales cycle - from discovery and solution demos through to proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and closing.
Collaborate with partners and global SIs to expand reach and accelerate revenue.
Feed insights back to product and leadership teams to help shape the roadmap.
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions into enterprise clients in Canada.
A true hunter mindset with a track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise ecosystems (Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, etc.).
Strong pipeline discipline with the ability to forecast accurately and hit quarterly targets.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills - able to engage at both technical and executive levels.
** BONUS POINTS **

  • Experience directly selling for, or going to market with SAP as a partner
  • Experience selling master data management or master data governance focused SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling to enterprise asset industry clients (think Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Utility or Energy clients).
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary: $150K CAD
Quota: $1M annual target
Commissions:
6% once 50% of quota achieved
8% for 50-75% attainment
10% for 75-100% attainment
12% for >100% attainment
Additional services revenue: 3% commission
