The Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling Appcast\xe2\x80\x99s Solutions to direct employers.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and sell Appcast Solutions to direct employers.
• Qualify inbound leads.
• Develop and close sales opportunities.
• Conduct online product demonstrations.
• Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to contact prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Accurately log all sales activity in a CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Use natural curiosity, communication skills, and drive to improve your sales performance.

Qualifications

• \xe2\x80\x98Hunter mentality\xe2\x80\x99 for prospecting and closing sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve.
• Detail oriented with a strong desire to get things done accurately, efficiently and timely.
• Data-driven and solution oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, driven and has a \xe2\x80\x98go-getter\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.

Education and Experience

• 3 years of experience selling software in an Enterprise environment, preferably in an HR Tech or Talent Acquisition space.
• Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree is a strong asset.

Travel Requirements

Travel requirements for the position will be approximately 25%. This will include attending internal and external meetings, however this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.

Work Location and Schedule

• This is a hybrid position with work completed in one of our office locations and a remote home office.
• Typical schedules will be three days working in the office location and the remainder of week from home, however, may vary based on business or work/life balance needs.
