Lead and coordinate product introduction (NPI) activities for Ericsson's Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) portfolio with a focus on EP5G and NH products. Drive faster time-to-market, simplification of product and order packages, and continuous improvement across processes, tooling and supply chain interfaces. Serve as a global point of contact for NPI-related supply chain, customs, SKU setup and cross-functional escalations.
What will you do
--------------------
Lead and coordinate global NPI activities for EP5G and NH product introductions, ensuring alignment between Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales and Operations.
Chair EP5G & NH NPI Forum activities; maintain and follow up on decisions and action items.
Simplify product packaging, order processes and SKU structures to reduce complexity and accelerate fulfillment.
Support and prioritize ECP funnel and actively contribute to CMD Jira meetings; ensure issues are tracked and resolved.
Maintain and improve EZQ site material, catalogs and recommendation lists; ensure SKU setup and ECP alignment are accurate and timely.
Interface with trade & customs regarding requirements for new products.
Act as primary contact to address NPI process inquiries, supply chain disruptions and product introduction risks globally.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers, resolve complex situations and apply change management for new processes and automations.
Promote and implement automation, AI-enabled tools and improved ways of working to reduce manual effort and shorten time-to-market.
Monitor key NPI metrics, perform root-cause analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
The skills you bring
------------------------
Academic degree (or equivalent) in Product Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience within Ericsson or equivalent exposure to product engineering and supply chain management, preferably with NPI experience.
Hands-on experience with Ericsson-wide tools and systems.
Solid business acumen and experience handling product introduction, SKU management and ECP processes.
Proven problem-solving skills; ability to establish facts, draw conclusions and implement corrective actions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Analytics-driven mindset with business modelling skills to evaluate NPI trade-offs and improvements.
Experience in change and improvement management and project coordination.
Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization and leading remote stakeholders.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
Plano: $141,200- $211,800
New York: $152,400 - $228,600
Santa Clara: $166,800 - $250,200
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan:
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
