, Canada's leading STEM learning hub, is looking for a motivated and bilingual (English & Mandarin) professional to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends customer success, enrollment advising, and social media content creation to support families on their educational journey with us.

What You'll Do

Guide prospective families through the admissions process: initial outreach, consultation, personalized learning plans, and enrollment support Communicate with parents and students primarily through WeChat and phone, ensuring clarity, care, and responsiveness Create engaging marketing content on

WeChat Moments

and

Xiaohongshu

, while managing online inquiries and building trust with potential clients Track and nurture leads in our CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates Provide on-site support including scheduling, reception, and office coordination Work cross-functionally with instructors and the marketing team to refine programs and improve parent engagement
What We're Looking For

Native-level fluency in

Mandarin and English

(written & spoken) Outgoing personality with a strong customer-first mindset At least

1 year of sales or customer service experience

(education industry experience is an asset) Comfortable with social media content creation and online engagement Organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced company
Schedule & Work Model

Weekdays (Mon-Wed, Fri):

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (flexible)

Weekends:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Approx.

35-40 hours/week

Hybrid work model: in-person at

500 Hwy 7, Richmond Hill

+ remote flexibility

$20-27/hour
