To accelerate the growth of our online operations, we are seeking a hands-on, experienced professional to join us on our brand's growth journey.

Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on

customer service and online operations support

. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience with modern communication tools, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via WeChat, WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, etc. Handle inquiries through Shopify and social media platforms. Assist customers with the ordering process, and resolve payment or delivery issues. Collect and organize customer feedback, and communicate with operations, kitchen, and delivery teams. Support daily order management, customer group maintenance, and satisfaction follow-ups. Help develop standard scripts, FAQs, and improve communication processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Canada (food, retail, or hospitality preferred). Must hold a valid Canadian work permit.

Fluency in Mandarin is required

, with good English communication skills. Proficient with social messaging tools (WeChat, WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger). Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Shopify, CRM systems, or order management tools is an asset.
