TITLE: Enrollment Advisor, South Asia Market



POSITION OVERVIEW

: We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Enrollment Advisor. The Advisor will work with the Marketing/Enrollment team to enter new markets and maintain current markets for enrollment purposes. The Advisor will represent the College by conducting presentations, providing advice to prospective students and agency partners with respect to academic programs, admission procedures, and registration procedures, and imparting knowledge of the resources, facilities, and opportunities available to students at Alexander College.

Alexander College is a private post-secondary institution serving approximately 4,000 students every year. Students choose to study at Alexander College to complete their Associate of Arts or Science degree or take a variety of University Transfer courses. REQUIREMENTS



Post-secondary education, minimum of a Certificate or Diploma equivalence Minimum of 5 years work experience working in a similar role Knowledge of the BC College and University system International business or education experience English proficiency Excellent interpersonal skills Superior teamwork capabilities Superior oral and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES



Build strategic relationships with agencies, and other stakeholder groups both locally and overseas. Meet with and enroll students both virtually and in-person based on their educational specifications and requirements. Liaise with agents for enrollment and marketing purposes Support the Marketing and Enrollment department in marketing activities and coordinate inbound marketing campaigns. Travel (2-6 weeks/per year) to various international destinations for student events, educational fairs and agency meetings for college purposes. Complete lead follow-ups using different tools such as emailing, calling, texting and if required, meeting virtually or in-person at the campus. Assist the Marketing and Enrollment Department in conceiving, implementing, administering, and evaluating marketing plans for the College. Ensure CRM is up to date and lead follow-up steps are performed correctly.
