We are looking for a Singh to join our team to help us coordinate Seva projects across South Asia, in particular in Panjab.

We are seeking a

Project Coordinator - South Asia Programs

Responsibilities



Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project execution. Facilitate meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Project or Monday. Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope and objectives. Implement change management strategies to support project transitions. Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques. Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts to ensure projects remain within financial constraints. Utilize quality management practices to enhance project outcomes. Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts related to project deliverables. Employ process mapping and business process modeling techniques to improve efficiency. Lead root cause analysis sessions to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Foster effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and manage SAF International's Seva projects across South Asia, with a strong focus on Panjab. Travel regularly to villages and communities to oversee progress, connect with beneficiaries, and ensure transparency in every initiative. Prepare clear and heartfelt reports for donors and the global Sangat, showing how their Dusvand is transforming lives. Collaborate with our Sevadars and partners in India, Nepal, and Canada to deliver projects that are Panth-driven and impactful. Build strong relationships with Gurdwaras, local Sikh leaders, and partner organizations to further the mission of Seva. Ensure every project reflects Sikh values of equality, humility, and service.

Qualifications



Deep commitment to Sikh principles and the spirit of Seva. Bachelor's degree in International Development, Social Sciences, or Nonprofit Management (or equivalent lived experience). 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, nonprofit or community work preferred. Fluency in English required; Punjabi strongly preferred. Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis (25% of the year). Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
