Job Description

Tutor Podium is a tuition platform in Great Vancouver Area specializing in tutoring Math, English, and Sciences for preschool to college level students. We are seeking a English tutor to provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to student in Richmond and available immediately.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered Teaching certification an asset Some experience teaching/tutoring at a Kindergarten to Grade 9 (or equivalent) level Good knowledge of the current BC curriculum
Responsibilities (Position Details):

Demonstrate proficiency in both written and oral communication in English, coupled with the capability to effectively guide students' comprehension. Assess students' learning needs and create personalized lesson plans to address their specific areas of improvement. Filling in post-lesson notes Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times / Emotional maturity, reliability, and professionalism

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
