Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver personalized English lessons according to each student's skill level and learning objectives.
Provide instruction in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading comprehension, and written expression.
Assist students in preparing for exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, school tests) when required.
Evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and feedback sessions.
Adjust teaching methods to suit different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
Maintain a positive, motivating, and supportive learning environment.
Recommend additional practice materials and learning resources.
Keep records of attendance, progress, and lesson plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
Teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
Ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons.
