Summary

We are seeking a passionate Tutor to join our team at 1 Leaside park drive.. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering tailored educational support to children with autism, helping them achieve their learning goals and fostering their development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized tutoring plans based on each child's needs. Provide one-on-one support to students in various subjects, ensuring comprehension and engagement. Collaborate with parents and other educators to track progress and adjust strategies as needed. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation. Utilize effective teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance educational experiences. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders. Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational requirements. Foster a love for learning by incorporating fun and interactive activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred. Proven experience as a tutor or educator, particularly with children on the autism spectrum. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with special education practices is highly desirable. Ability to engage students effectively and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Experience working with diverse populations, including multilingual learners. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
