We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Engage children in interactive activities that promote language development, social skills, and motor skills. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain an organized classroom environment that is safe and conducive to learning. Collaborate with colleagues to support the educational goals of the preschool. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with disabilities or special education needs. Utilize computer skills for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication.

Experience

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy classroom setting. Leadership experience or skills are beneficial for guiding classroom activities and supporting fellow staff members. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education backgrounds is an asset. Proven organizational skills to maintain records, lesson plans, and classroom materials.
