Bring your technical, financial and consultant acquisition related skills to this position with the Engineering Services Section where you will provide and maintain financial, forecasting and material control for the Engineering Office and provide expert advice to regional engineering management and act as primary contact with the consulting industry regarding the government consultant acquisition process.

You will:
ensure that all documentation related to consultant acquisition and administration, and legal agreements conform to ministry policies, procedures and practices
maintain engineering consultant administrative and financial monitoring systems
assist in the development and monitoring of consultant performance appraisals
develop regular financial reports and conduct analysis of expenditures
resolve issues and inquiries relating to all of the consultant acquisition process

you have knowledge of processes and guidelines for the procurement and management of consultant services
you understand financial and accounting methods and practices
you can conduct analysis of agreement financial data and develop financial reports
