Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale to ensure a smooth transition to the engineering phase.
Gather and verify all required project information, including survey forms, interior/entrance finish details, and arrange samples as needed.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, communicating updates effectively with customers and the AVT team.
Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any delays promptly.
Provide regular updates on job progress to stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Confirm shipping details and coordinate a seamless handoff to the logistics team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role is an asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in [insert relevant tools/software, e.g., project management software, if applicable] is a plus.
