The challenges that await you
You will ensure the effective implementation and compliance of the work to achieve objectives regarding timelines, costs, and quality of work. To this end, you will oversee the work, including the coordination, administrative and technical management of the projects for which you will be responsible.
You will provide all relevant information regarding the supervision, design, and execution of projects in your area of expertise.
You will be responsible for preparing plans and specifications in accordance with the provisions, laws, and regulations of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec.
More specifically, you will:
Participate in site meetings during the execution of the work, ensure the application of plans and specifications, and exercise technical oversight on the work completed;
Develop schedules, establish project or work tracking mechanisms, cost control for projects in progress, and determine necessary modifications;
Organize, supervise, and guide the resources assigned to the site;
Ensure the link with the design engineer for the technical assistance required on site;
Verify the plans, specifications, and materials required for the execution of the work relevant to your area of expertise and during proposed changes during construction;
Seal the plans, preliminary estimates, and specifications for the execution of infrastructure projects.
The ideal profile for us
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
Member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec;
Have six (6) years of relevant experience, particularly in project management;
Hold an ASP card;
Hold a valid class 5 driver's license and own a car.
