About Brucejack
Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga'a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

Your impact
As an Engineer in Training, Ventilation, you will support the safe and effective design, planning, and performance of underground ventilation systems at the Brucejack mine, contributing to safe and efficient mine operations. This role is a key part of the Brucejack EIT development pathway, providing hands-on operational exposure with the opportunity to gain cross-functional exposure and eventually rotate into other technical disciplines such as Drill & Blast, Mine Planning, and Mine Projects. Through close collaboration with Technical Services and Operations, you will help ensure regulatory compliance, optimize ventilation performance, and contribute to the long-term success of underground mining activities, while gaining experience that supports future rotation into other technical disciplines.
