Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working in Digital Advertising or Analytics.
  • 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Sales or Marketing at an agency, on a customer-side Marketing team, or in a Technology or Media Company.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to speak a clients' industry language and understand their business and technical constraints.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
  • Ability to enable working relationships with key leaders in global companies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey messages to both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and clients to establish a technical plan to accomplish joint business plans and improve the client's digital maturity.
  • Be the trusted technical advisor for customers and internal stakeholders, and propose technical solutions for their business tests serving as a technical consultant, while being a collaborative and inclusive thought partner, internally and externally .
  • Oversee complex global, multi-product projects acting as the project manager and overseeing deadlines, risks, communication, removing roadblocks amongst other things.
  • Guide gTech teams and cross-functional partners, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology, communicate with the client and represent gTech in client conversations, and know the clients problems and suggest solutions and services that gTech can offer.
