The Engagement and Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing Arrow Leadership's visibility, engagement, and impact through managing all communication and marketing efforts for Arrow Leadership. The successful candidate will create and execute comprehensive marketing and communications plans that promote Arrow Leadership's programs, increase engagement among alumni, attract new participants, and strengthen donor relationships. Working collaboratively with the Engagement Director, the Engagement and Marketing Coordinator will contribute to strategies that enhance the Arrow Leadership brand and expand awareness in the US and Canada. This position plays a crucial role in developing Jesus-centered leaders for Kingdom impact. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Assistant in developing and implementing a strategic engagement and marketing plan to increase Arrow's visibility and engagement.
Coordinate with the Engagement department and the President's office to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including articles, newsletters, social media posts, videos, and promotional materials.
Manage and grow Arrow's digital presence, including website management, social media engagement, and email marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute events and campaigns that promote Arrow Leadership's programs and initiatives.
Relationship Building and Outreach:
Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Engagement Director, with Arrow's key relationships.
Recruitment and Engagement:
Maintain database records for recruits and alumni
Process applications for Arrow's various programs
Assist with planning and executing alumni events to foster engagement
Maintain the Arrow Leadership website and blog
Collaborate with the Engagement Director to support a positive Marketing and Graphic Design Intern experience
Christian Witness:
Ensure the principles of our Christian Statement of Faith are evidenced and reflected in any communications coming from Arrow and its staff members.
Willingness to pray with others.
Actively participate in prayer each day for the leaders we serve and the programs and services of Arrow Leadership.
Maintain a consistent Christian witness at all times which is fundamental to the mission of Arrow Leadership.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications and marketing, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies.
Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Commitment to Arrow Leadership's mission and values.
Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
