Energy Solutions Analyst En-Pro is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Energy Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a member of our Energy Advisory team, you will work closely with experienced Energy Advisors to service clients from various industry sectors with actionable energy market insight to control costs. Responsibilities: * Assist in gaining a deep understanding of the intricacies of energy markets and energy usage data to produce actionable intelligence. * Collaborate with our analytical team to deliver energy plans and strategies that meet client needs. * Participate in managing client relationships, including collaborating with multiple teams in a lean environment. * Assist in analyzing complex issues and simplifying them for clients and colleagues alike. * Use spreadsheets, Business Intelligence tools, and/or databases to analyze data and provide insights. * Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to maintain knowledge of the latest energy market solutions. Requirements: * 0-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with a degree from a university or college program in marketing, finance, commerce, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline. * Some experience in statistical analysis and market research but eager to learn and grow in this field. * Strong technical skills with MS Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and/or SQL. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple * Adaptability to changing environments, personalities, and client interactions * Inquisitive nature with strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in using analytics for problem-solving. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy when disseminating large amounts of information. * A desire to learn and grow in this field.
