full-time Energy Efficiency Solar Consultant

to help homeowners transition to sustainable, cost-saving energy solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with homeowners by phone, email, and video to assess their energy needs and introduce solar solutions. Convert both company-generated and self-sourced leads into signed agreements. Qualify prospects, deliver persuasive presentations, and close deals with minimal discounting. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote to installation. Maintain accurate sales activity in the company CRM and ensure excellent post-sale follow-up.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Solar Consultant

in a previous or current role is an asset. Prior success in sales or customer engagement roles (outside sales, real estate, or renewable energy a plus). Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. Comfort with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. High motivation and resilience in a performance-based environment. A keen interest in solar energy, sustainability, or energy efficiency solutions.

Base Salary:

$35,000 + uncapped commission (1-3% of gross revenue on closed sales) | Target Income for this Position is $100,000 plus annually
